Please read this document carefully before using the maju66 platform. These terms and conditions govern all aspects of your use of our services, including your account, transactions, and user responsibilities in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the maju66 platform, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes effect immediately when you click the "Register" button, log in to your account, or carry out any transaction on our platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the maju66 platform immediately and contact our support team to review your options. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia regardless of the device used — whether accessed via a web browser, mobile app, or any other digital interface provided by maju66. Users under 18 years of age, or below the applicable legal age limit under relevant local laws, are strictly prohibited from using this platform under any circumstances.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the maju66 platform. Holding more than one account constitutes a serious violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including the forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name as stated on your official identification document, a valid Malaysian phone number, an active email address, and payment details to be used for transactions. maju66 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the maju66 support team. Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available for added protection.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the maju66 platform agree to use this service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and account termination without notice:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, payment systems, or bonuses through unauthorised means.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity.
- Spreading false information, deceiving other users, or damaging the reputation of maju66.
- Violating any Malaysian laws or regulations in force while using the platform.
Maju66 reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these terms. Any attempt to manipulate the rewards system or bonus programmes — including misuse of welcome promotions or fraudulent chargebacks — will be acted upon immediately.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on the maju66 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, and approved local e-wallets. The list of available payment methods is subject to change and will be displayed during the deposit process.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to the chosen payment method and any ongoing verification requirements. maju66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents or proof of funds before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding limits set by management.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details they provide are accurate. maju66 is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from incorrect payment information submitted by the user. Any disputes regarding transactions must be reported to the support team within thirty (30) days of the transaction date for an investigation to be carried out.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in their respective promotional terms. Misuse of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in bonus forfeiture and action being taken against the account(s) involved.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Maju66 provides its online entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, we do not guarantee continuous availability free from technical disruptions, server outages, or scheduled system maintenance. maju66 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such service interruptions.
Maju66's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. Users agree to release maju66 from any claims exceeding this limit.
Account Suspension: maju66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation purposes if there is suspicious activity, a third-party complaint, or a legal compliance requirement. Users will be notified via their registered email and given a reasonable period to provide clarification.
Account Closure: Accounts may be permanently closed upon user request, or at maju66's discretion if these terms are breached. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, once all required verifications are completed, within the timeframe stipulated by management.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
Intellectual Property: All content on the maju66 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, trade names, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of maju66 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from maju66.
Third-Party Links: The maju66 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. maju66 does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms: maju66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on our official website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit exclusively to that jurisdiction.
